While the company has grown over the years,
HBS still maintains great customer loyalty with most of our accounts retaining our services year after year. We think that says a great deal about our staff and our company.

OUR TEAM
HBS employs around 50 of the greatest staff members in the area. Most of our employees have been with us for years, and some of them have been with us from the beginning. We have very little employee turnover which means there is great consistency for our customers.
We empower our employees to treat each building that they service for us like a small business of their own. This ownership attitude means that they work hard to keep our customers satisfied.
Highland Building Services provides janitorial services, carpet and tile & grout cleaning, post construction cleanups, move-in/move-out cleaning and window washing for businesses and individuals in Madison, Ridgeland, Jackson, Flowood and Brandon.
